Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days from the point of delivery. If 14 days have gone, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

1) Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
2) Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

To initiate your return please email us at support@artiby.com with the reason for your return/request for a refund along with the original order number and full name and email address of the person who purchased it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If we do not receive the item in its original condition, unfortunately, a refund or exchange will not be offered.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet,

1) Check your bank account again.
2) Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3) Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Cancellations

We want to process your order as quickly as possible, so if you happen to change your mind, send a cancellation request to support@artiby.com right away!

Note that sending a request does not automatically cancel your order. We will contact you as soon as we receive your request to let you know if your cancellation has been processed. Unfortunately, orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Note that we reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, at any time.

Damaged items

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged, send us an email atsupport@artiby.com
