What is your jewelry made of?

All Artiby Jewels are hand-crafted, using a variety of high-quality materials, including sterling silver, semi-precious stones, gold, titanium etc. Exact materials associated with each style are listed on the product detailed page.

What if I received damaged or defective items? Do you offer a repair service?

Absolutely, we stand behind every item, we sell. If your item requires repair, send it back to us and we'll repair or replace it for free.

Please do not forget to mark the package as "item for repair" plus to mention a description of the damage.

What is your Artiby Jewelry availability?

As soon as you place an order, our expert artists and artisans start handcrafting your jewelry!  

Each item is one of a kind, handmade just for you!
So, all our products are fully available but handcrafting starts right after your online order.


Will my Artiby jewelry look exactly like the one presented in your photo?

Our Jewelry are carefully handcrafted by expert artists.

Each and every item we offer is one of a kind, handmade just for you!

So, please expect some small variations from the products on the picture.

We try to handcraft our products perfect. However, any imperfection is absolutely perfect.

How I take care of my Artiby Jewelry?

Proper care of your Artiby Jewelry will help maintain its beauty over time.

We suggest after wearing to store it in its original packaging to protect it from scratches, staining or other damages. Otherwise, we recommend a jewelry organizer for storage, and a pouch for travel

If necessary, it may be cleaned by gently wiping with a damp cloth and drying thoroughly. Avoid contact with moisture and liquid cosmetics; this includes lotion, sunscreen, and perfume, soaps hairspray, and any other chemicals or dyes. Our Jewelry are not solid gold, therefore should never be worn in the shower, in the pool or the ocean. Do not soak in water. Do not use hot water, a steamer or an ultrasonic cleaner. Do not expose to extreme heat or prolonged sunlight.  

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we deliver our unique jewelry around the globe!

Will you inform me about my order status?

At the time you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Each time your order is updated or your order status changes, you will be sent notifications via email.

Can I modify my order?

Once you have submitted your order, we have limited ability to make modifications. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible with your requests. Please note that we are unable to make modifications or cancellations when the jewelry handcrafting process begins. 

How can I track my Order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number for your package. You can track your order here: https://artiby.myshopify.com/apps/tracktor/track

When will my Artiby Order ship?

We process and ship orders from Monday through Friday. Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 7 business days. Keep in mind that our artists start handcrafting your jewelry as soon as you place your order.
When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive the shipping email.

How will my Artiby Jewelry arrive?

Your jewelry will arrive in a premium packaging, well protected in a fabric bag.  Your Artiby Jewelry will be ready to give it as a gift

How can I redeem a Discount Code?

Discount codes can be redeemed during checkout. You may use only one discount code at a time.

Can I apply a promotion Code to an order I just placed?

Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively apply promotion codes to any orders.

What's your return or exchange policy?

Our policy lasts 14 days from the point of delivery. Simply send it back to us in the original packaging and we'll refund your purchase. You will only need to pay for the shipping. If 14 days have gone, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange

What are my payment options?

You can pay with PayPal even if you are not a paypal user. You just have to continue to pay with your credit card.

PayPal is the main payment gateway which accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express as methods of payment.

Do I have to pay import duties, taxes or VAT?

Quite possibly. This depends on the rules in your country. Typically, each country has a duty-free import value limit, and any purchases over that amount will be subject to local taxes at the point of import. Our invoices will show the actual amount you paid for your jewelry.
